Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Hello Katie. Jaan-Jaak here, just wane let you know and apologize in advance for not asking you permission, i used your photo for an Design examination for college today. I had a image but it got corrupted so i just scanned the net for a image and came across yours and had no time to mail you to ask your permission. Hope its ok with you and if not just let me know i will remove from my profile. i Did credit you in the writeup.
